Mark your calendar for National River Cleanup Week! The event takes place June 2-10 and helps to protect and preserve the rivers so many Subaru customers avidly enjoy.
National River Cleanup Week also raises public awareness of the magnitude of trash accumulating in our ation's waterways. Over the years, more than 500,000 volunteers have participated in over 4,500 cleanups across the country, covering more than 100,000 miles of waterways.
Volunteer to participate or better yet, organize a cleanup event in your community. You'll get innovative and easy-to-use tools to organize and recruit volunteers, as well as free trash bags and contests with great river themed prizes.
Subaru of America, Inc. will provide both vehicles and financial support to aid this year's cleanup efforts.
